What is covered? If your piece has a defect due to our craftmanship, Eva will repair it free of charge within this period. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and craftmanship such as loose or missing stones due to faulty settings, broken clasps or jump rings not due to force or accidental damage and other issues in normal wear conditions.
What is not covered? The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear (scratches, dents or tarnishing from daily use), broken chains, bent rings or prongs due to force or accidents, loss or theft of jewelry or stones, repairs or modifications made by another jeweler (this voids the warranty), chemical or water damage.
